Green smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach tightly packed
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 8 grams ginger about 1 inch
  • 10 grams cilantro handful
  • 190 grams frozen bananas about a cup and a half
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina optional
  • 1 cup cashew milk, or any milk you like

Instructions

  • Chop celery into inch-size pieces.
  • Chop strawberries into small pieces, halves, or quarters.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

*If you don't have the same ingredients, you can easily substitute with whatever you have on hand. But keep in mind it will taste different depending on the ingredients.
